Join the Bupa Great Wales Run in Cardiff Bay.

Starting and finishing in Cardiff Bay the event is open to anyone over 15 years old. Plus there is a Junior Wales Run after the seniros for 7 -1 4 year olds.

Why not raise a bit of money and have a reason to go to the gym or for a jog!

The event can be run, jogged or even walked - it is the taking part that counts! Plus the course is flat and vast and the views are distracting!
