As a sole trader my laptop/printer and broadband connection is my life blood so when something goes wrong it can be critical. NCMS gives great advice to someone who doesnʼt want to know the jargon and the inner workings of their computer. So when it hits the fan they are there, but best of all they are also there when you just want advice about the best way to save your information or on new security measures.

When my old computer gave up NCMS sent an engineer to try to resuscitate it. Unfortuantly there was nothing they could do and they had to advise that I have a new computer. So they built a new computer for me quickly and efficiently. Their engineers are friendly and explain everthing they are doing. They are a company I can rely on for all my computer needs and will always use them.

When my computer broke down I took it to Richards shop and he had it running great in no time. It came back with a DVD recorder and a lecture on backing my data up! Would definitely use again :o)
