People all over the Bridgend area are doing it for charity!

From time to time local people send me news of the fantastic events they are involved in to raise money for charities. Do you, or does someone you know, have Anklyosing Spondilitis (A.S)?
NASS (National Anklyosing Spondilitis Association) are setting up a support group in the Bridgend area. Members will benefit from regular hydrotherapy sessions and stretching/exercise sessions with a qualified physiotherapist, as well as meeting fellow A.S sufferers.
