Who are we?
JGR Training is an established training and development company which has been delivering highly effective vocational training programmes to individuals and groups throughout South Wales since 2002. We are based in a purpose designed suite of rooms in the tranquil setting of the Sony Technology Park, Bridgend.
What do we do?
We work with individuals and business leaders to identlify their ongoing training needs. We design and deliver appropriate, short-term, relevant training programmes, workshops or consultancy sessions which are aimed at bringing positive, long term results to the workplace.
How do we help you achieve your goals?
We constantly strive to meet your expectations by employing the best qualified trainers and assessors available. We deliver our training programmes in a way which best suits the needs of the client or the trainee. At JGR Training and Development, we see the people we train as individuals so we do not believe in a one size fits all approach.

Many of our courses attract government funding which means that high quality training programmes can be offered at no cost to the employer.

NVQ Training
We currently deliver NVQ Level 2, 3 & 4 in Manufacturing, Administration & Customer Service.
At JGR Training we deliver high quality, learner-friendly, workplace based training and development programmes which are targeted at the needs of the trainee.
Management Training
Our cost effective training and development courses for managers are aimed at enabling you to lead by example in the workplace and retain a competitive edge. All JGR Management Training Courses are approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). We provide flexible learning opportunities for managers in most business sectors which will enhance your level of competence and help you retain a competitive edge.
