Slimming World ( Bierley ) is held every Thursday at 7pm at Bierley Community Centre. Slimming World is a healthy way to lose weight and can fit into any lifestyle. No food is a sin and you are free to eat as much as you want of many foods. On the original choice eat as much Meat, fish and poultry as you like without weighing or measuring. On Green choice eat as much Pasta rice and potatoes as you like without measuring. Slimming World is fun friendly and easy. Come along and see for yourself
