Jay's Gym is a multi purpose body building and general fitness facility with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, situated in Horwich, Bolton.

We specialise in Competitive Body Building and hold regular competitions within the gym.
World Famous Panatta Equipment
Our Panatta equipment includes some of the latest plate loaded resistance equipment and stack systems. We have dumbbells which start at 2.5kg and go up to 70kg each which we believe is big enough for most bodybuilders.
Jay's Gym, Bolton has a range of Sportsart cardio vascular equipment including steppers, treadmills, cycles, and pathfinders.
The owner, Jon Tuplin, is a competitive Bodybuilder. Jon has years of practical experience, and holds a Diploma in Sports Nutrition.
Jon has competed in a number of competitions across the UK. In 2005 he headed off to Italy where he competed in the IBFA Mr. Europe.
Jon is on hand to provide you with advice on training, diet and nutrition.

Jay's Gym also has fantastic tanning rooms. We have 2 x 200 watt lie down sun beds ! In the privacy of separate tanning rooms above the gym you can get a perfect all over tan!
