Lancashire Education Business Partnership (LEBP) works alongside employers, schools, work based learning providers and colleges across Lancashire from Burnley to Blackpool. Through this partnership, LEBP engages with young people across Blackpool and the Fylde to prepare the work force of the future and enhance their personal skills.
The aim of Lancashire Education Business Partnership is to work in partnership with all learning establishments and work based learning providers to prepare young people of Lancashire for the work environment and develop their skills and knowledge for a rewarding and fulfilling career.
Their mission is to work in partnership to raise the achievement and enhance the employability of every young person in the Blackpool area and beyond through organised Work-Related Learning programmes.

Community Projects
Lancashire Education Business Partnership is working in partnership with Elevate East Lancashire and local authorities/services to regenerate the housing market in East Lancashire. LEBP's aim is to raise the profile of the construction and building industry to encourage school children to take this career path and help to shape the towns and villages they live in, restoring local homes for local people, by local people.
Primary School Activities
Lancashire Education Business Partnership educational services do not stop at school leavers and their teachers. LEBP has close links within local primary schools, including the 'Right to Read' Project. It is only with this type of initiative at an early age can the UK increase levels of literacy and numeracy to be in line with other European countries.
