Bailey's Sofas & Chairs of Beverley

On behalf of my mother (who is in her 80ʼs) I would like to say how happy and pleasantly surprised she was on the treatment she received from Baileyʼs Sofas and Chairs - a real old fashioned, polite and caring service. They listened to what she wanted and advised her accordingly. She took delivery of her new chair a few weeks later and is very pleased with both it and how much easier it is for her to get in and out of her chair.

I fear I am what is known as a three seat man...computer seat, car seat, and seat in front of the TV. When Joanne Rosser discovered me my kneck and shoulders felt as though they were just about locked in place with all the heaches and general feeling of unwellness that went with it. I knew I needed help but a busy business life meant it was difficult to find time to visit a therapist. Joanneʼs willingness to travel to my home at a time that was convenient to me was the key to her being to help me. Itʼs also more helpful to have treatment and then relax than to have to drive home. She clearly is very skillful in the art of massage but sheʼs a good listener too and looks at oneʼs aches and pains in the context of oneʼs body and lifestyle as a whole.

I cannot speak highly enough of Adrian Smith Rating. The service is second to none and he not only got our rates reduced and put on the right band after 10 years, but also succeeded in getting us a large rebate! I recommend him to everyone I meet. With a no-win, no-fee structure too, its a fabulous service.

Fleurs de Lisa - Beverley

It is sometimes a bit of a gamble when ordering flowers from a distance, but I found Elisa (the florist) very helpful. I have not seen the flowers, but I know from the feedback I have received that they were delivered when I asked them to be delivered (not always the case!) that the flowers were beautifully presented and our friends were delighted with their surprise.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Baby Massage Course provided to me by Joanne. In fact it was so good that on completion, I immedeately booked another course! Not because I had not learned the massage techniques - Joanneʼs careful and calm instruction made learning how to massage my baby very easy - but because the sessions were just so enjoyable, and provided such a lovely bonding experience between me and my baby that I wanted to carry them on. Joanne is an excellent and patient teacher, and is extremely able at adapting the course to you and your babyʼs needs. I would highly recommend Questʼs baby massage course to any new mum!

Minster Garth Guest House, Beverley

My family stayed at Minster garth over the christmas period ,and thought the decor in the rooms were excellent,exceptionally clean,friendly but not intrusive.They loved the idea of the continental breakfast,finding a good selection of breakfast cereals,fresh fruit,etc. They would certainly stay there again on their next visit.
