enjoy it every time we go, quality food & wine at reasonable prices, great range of continental beers also at reasonable prices, love the seafood starter , the calzone was good but couldʼnt eat it all(doggy box was provided), never got round to having a sweet always too full by then.

Natasha Fox Hair, Nails and Beauty Salon

I was recommended to go and have my hair cut by a friend and since, I have not been disappointed. Coming from a hairdressing background myself, I have been really pleased with the way Tasha has cut my hair. People have commented about it and, having no qualms whatsoever, I myself have recommended others to go to Natashaʼs. Once you enter the doors, the salon has a relaxing comfortable feel, a real haven after a days work. The staff are very friendly and polite and once Tasha consults with you, you are whizzed off for a lovely wash which incorporates part of a head massage. If you are like me, I could stand all day!! Brill!! Why not try Tasha or her team out. I have yet to try other treatments upstairs in the beauty room, which I am sure hold lots of nice relaxing beauty treatments!!!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tasha and her team for an excellent service and wish them all the best for the future. Lin Woods

Fantastic food, excellent service and very good value. This restaurant is perfect for special occasions or simply a mid week treat. Highly recommened by me and everyone i know who has been - canʼt wait to visit again!!

The Strand Hair Salon

I have been going to Jayne since her days in Ripley and started using The Strand when it opened in Belper 5 years ago. I look forward to my visit as it is always a very special experience. The staff are friendly and professional and even remember how I like my coffee! The prices are reasonable and you always feel you are getting value for money. My 17 year old son also goes to The Strand and is really impressed with the salon and the service. If you havenʼt been yet give them a try - you wonʼt be disappointed.

Excellent Service from the very first phone call! Being new to Belper I called several hairdressers on King Street (I chose King Street because of the easy parking!). Some of those first conversations were downright painful but I was so impressed by my discussion with Lil at The Strand I made my first appointment there. I was at ease immediately I arrived, and entertained by the friendly salon banter throughout my appointment. Not only that, with only the barest explanation of what I wanted Lil gave me the best haircut Iʼve had in two years! I wonʼt be calling any other hairdressers now...

Serene Retreat

I have been visiting Serene Retreat for a while and am never disappointment. The therapists are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. they make you feel comfortable and will do anything to help. The salon is very clean and relaxing.

I have been with The Strand from first opening. I came from Ripley Keith Halls to follow Jane to her new salon. 13 years on Iʼm still very happy with the service I receive, all the staff are friendly and the prices are unbeatable. I always recomend them when anyone asks whwere i have my hair done, I wouldnʼt go anywhere else. keep up the good work Debz x

i would highly recommend chris for all your electrical requirements.he really knows what hes doing and with electrics its not worth getting a cowboy out you need it done right and chris is the man for that!!
