Barry Rhythmic Gymnastics is fantastic, Itʼs a great friendly group who work together as a team to bring the best out of the girls. The coaches are exceptional in their knowledge and very helpful assisting the girls every step of the way. I would definately encourage anyone to join.

Blu Hair Design is not just the ʼBest of Barryʼ, in my opinion, it has got to be the ʼbest in the worldʼ!!! Alexis is the only person who I would ever let loose on my hair and I can highly recommend her. She is a true professional in her field and oozes self confidence. Her confidence is such that any client would feel relaxed and looked after whilst in her care. When I go to see Alexis, itʼs a ʼmorning outʼ for me. I literally turn up, sit down and let her do her stuff ..... Alexis always knows what I need and more importantly, exactly what I want, without me uttering a word. Blu Hair Design are OUTSTANDING and certainly ʼa cut above the restʼ.

Martin is without doubt the best sports trainer in Wales. He recently introduced me to "KettleBells" - basically a cannonball with an old fashioned kettle handle - and the exercises and techniques required to get the optimum benefit from them. We worked through an induction session to get some basic technique and so that Martin could understand my fitness needs which helped him to build a tailored programme. Then, over a 5 week period, Martin guided me through a series of sessions that built strength and endurance, and mixed between cardio and muscle-building. My body shape changed very quickly. My shoulders, arms and back became bigger and more defined. Legs more solid. Stomach much flatter. My posture improved. I lost body fat, particularly noticed by friends and family, around the face, chin, and torso. What is so surprising is that the KettleBell workout is only about 35 minutes, but the results are easily better than circuits, or gym work, in relation to time investment. But I would advise you to get Martin to show you how to do this properly, as drop these and youʼll know about it! Martin made sure that I understood and did the proper stretches before and after workouts...and, (as he kept reminding me), how to breathe properly during exercises. His enthusiasm will keep you motivate and focussed during the workouts. I had a few little calf and achilles niggles during the first few weeks, probably from being sat at a desk for too long, and Martin gave me some specific exercises to stretch out this problem...which he diagnosed as being a hip/ sciattic nerve problem. I noticed big improvements each week in my ability to do more cardio exercises. The first week of swinging the Bell for no more than 10 reps finished me off. Through the program Martin set, I was able to do more sets, and more complicated exercises each week that worked different muscle groups, which he could probably name but I couldnʼt!! What also impresses me about Martin is that he invests a large amount of time in improving himself. He attends lots of specialist courses all over the UK so that he keeps developing his abilities and competences, which can only benefit his customers. Would absolutely recommend Martin, and have no hesitation in making this public on the web.
