- Ask Me Point – located on our upper level, our friendly Ask Me Point desk is fully staffed at all times and available to help with any questions or enquiries you may have.
- Get talking – we have two public telephones at our Cheapside entrance.
- Car parking – over 450 car parking spaces, with lifts for easy access to shops.
- Freshen up – our public toilets are conveniently situated on the upper level, next to level 3a of the car park.
- Baby Fresh – baby changing facilities available in the shopping centre.
- Parent and child parking – we have 30 parent and child parking spaces available.
- Disabled facilities – guide dogs are always welcome and the layout of The Mall Barnsley ensures excellent access for disabled shoppers. We also have disabled toilets and parking available.
- Take a break – we have three cafes situated in The Mall, perfect for shoppers to take a break.
- ATM machines – we have two ATMs on our upper Mall, opposite Next.
- Auto Valet – you shop while we clean - available on level 1 of the car park.
- Photo Me – we have a passport photo booth, a digital prints machine and business card machine at our Sheffield Road entrance. The Spend Me Card– whatever the event, shopping in Barnsley and choosing a gift has never been easier. Accepted by all of our retailers, visit the Ask Me Point desk on the upper level for further information.
