I first encountered Stuart Rosenberg about ten years ago professionally (working as an estate agent) he was the solicitor acting for a client on the sale and purchase of their house and new flat. My husband and myself employed Stuart Rosenberg for the conveyancing on three sales and purchases in 2006 and 2007 and I have since recommended his firm to friends and colleagues because I was so impressed. I was personally recommended to Rosenberg and Co. After meeting Stuart Rosenberg I instructed him on both the sale of my house and purchase of my new home. We agreed the fee and at the outset all was very straightforward however Stuart uncovered a planning issue ( which other Solicitors had missed) which he rectified at no extra charge .I would not hesitate to recommend him .
