Having upgraded our domain server to a new BladeCentre we had several problems with our existing network and remaining servers. Experienced as I am, I havenʼt often needed to replace the PDC from a 2000 domain to a 2003. Luckily, having received Eiiconʼs flyer, I decided to give them a call. Robert came in and methodically worked out an action plan on how to resolve the problems we had. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eiicon, whatsoever. The way I see it is, I now have a contact for any of those issues I canʼt resolve myself. Highly recommended!

After receiving a flyer from Eiicon through our Move2 Estate Agency door we contacted Robert as we were having terrible IT problems. Robert contacted us straight back and within an hour of being in our Saltcoats office he had us up and running, this was an invaluable service, which it would be for any busy office. On another occasion I had to contact Eiicon and Robert was able to access our system remotely and sort us out once again, this was done without any disruption to our normal working conditions. I would recommend Eiicon to anyone that was having IT problems. Eiicon is definitely "the best of" IT services.
