Because many of their patients experience fear or anxiety due to firework noise, the Riverside Veterinary Care team is holding a FREE INFORMATION EVENING for dog owners to help overcome the problem.
There will be speakers on two different products which can help animals cope with noise phobias, as well as an animal behaviourist, veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses to present a comprehensive approach to tackling this dilemma. The aim of the evening is to help you learn what you can do to help relieve your dogs’ distress as well as to inform you how they can help you.
The range of medications and techniques available is now wider than ever and, along with an increase in the understanding of controlling anxiety, many more dogs can now benefit from a coordinated approach to tackling fear problems.
The event will take place in the Wedgwood Room at the Angel Hotel and all dog owners are welcome to attend. If you know of any friends who you think would be interested please bring them along.
