Established in Abergavenny in 1980, Rawlings Family Butchers shop is a local success story with a national reputation. We have received over 100 awards for our sausages and other meat products, says proud proprietor Paul Bishop, including All Wales Champion in 2005 and 2006.
Almost all of our delicious meats are sourced locally round Abergavenny, whether pork, lamb or beef, and our master butchers produce sausages containing delicious wild boar, venison, game and poultry.
In our butchers shop in the heart of Abergavenny we carry an ever-changing stock of a huge selection of fresh meat products (sausages, burgers, home-cured gammon and more), all freshly prepared on our premises with loving care.
Our famous “Grand Slam Banger” is the sausage that made Rawlings Family Butchers the All Wales Champion, and gained us recognition on national TV for our meat products.
