The Ultimate Course is the bees knees of birth preparation, teaching you everything you need to have a positive, confident and empowering birth. This course is taught over 3 sessions, a week apart, giving you the time to digest everything you have learnt, practice the techniques we've discussed and get thinking about your birth plans.

The Ultimate Hypnobirthing Group Course is run by Fiona Wilson, founder of Hypnatal Birthing and mum of two. I have first-hand knowledge of the local maternity services, after having my son at Frimley Park Hospital and my daughter at home supported by the local home birth team. After having my two babies I couldn't keep everything I learned to myself, which is why I now teach expectant parents all about birth, and how much there is within your control. I absolutely love empowering birth teams to have a birth on their terms, and taking control of their birth experience.
