This is the oldest theatre in Eastbourne. It’s a beautiful theatre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whatever you see here it will be a great experience.

What a wonderful evening celebration to see the fabulous renovations to this beautiful theatre.
The decorations are all tastefully done, new carpet and re-upholstered seats, really has made this old venue come alive again!
We throughly enjoyed this free event. The best bits of previous years preformed by a very entertaining team.
The hard work put in by this dedicated team, to renovate this interior, is inspiring. A huge thank you to all involved. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Let's all get involved to get the roof done next.

The burlesque experience of 26.5.24 was truly wondrous in a wonderful environment The usherettes are lovely and the ladies within the performance were absolutely inspirational ALL beautiful and so modest.I think burlesque is an art form ,the ladies reinforced my belief.WELL done everyone.

Love this little gem of a theatre. Great acts feel like it's hidden as it's not near the other theatres. It feels like it needs updating, but that's also the part of why it's beautiful .
It's a pain to park as there is no car park as its the top of Seaside Road.

If you get a chance to do the Theatre tour it is really good. For £5 you get a fantastic guide extremely knowledgable about the history of the surrounding area and building.Get to go from under stage to sitting in the Gods.We couldn’t believe how fabulous this tour was for the money. Most of the people working here are volunteers and their passion of the building shines through.

Was really funny, however we struggled to understand any sort of story line, and when jokes were told up in the (gods you can’t hear them) still loved it though

Me and my family have now been to see
Wizard of oz, Jack and the bean stalk, Snow White and the seven dwarfs, and Goldie locks and the three bears panto,
If you want family fun entertainment these guys are the ones to see haven’t been disappointed yet,
although I am going to be truly honest Goldie locks and the three bears was probably the most boring out of them all I didn’t laugh no where near as much as the other 3pantos it felt really dulled down not like any of the other 3 of their shows,
my 14year old didn’t enjoy it like he did the other 3 either,
How ever My 9year old nephew and 5year old daughter really enjoyed it just as much as all the others ☺️
But felt this was aimed more for the younger and not a whole family entertainment,
But never the less What a brilliant team they are and it won’t put us off coming back to watch Aladdin at Christmas ☺️

Enjoyed the venue very much, I know it was all refurbished in 2023 and it all looked great, comfortable seats and good veiws.
Saw Coleen Nolan she was good and very nostalgic, oddly her boy Shane performed the first 25% of the showtime.
He was OK.

I've visited the theatre twice in the past month once for Jim Davison and Nathan Carter. The venue is very beautiful inside it doesn't look much from the outside the theatre staff are brilliant very helpful and friendly most of them are volunteers. The bar prices are very fair, and they take cash and card. Most venues have now stopped taking cash I will be back for another show here

Overall a nice small old theater.
Seat was comfortable and plenty of leg room (I'm 6'2ft), this was of course my seat and may not be the same for everyone. Bar is small but overall ok.
